About the Role:

We are looking for self-driven and proactive MBA interns in Sales & Marketing who can take ownership of tasks and contribute to our business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research, sales strategy, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the company’s service offerings in IT, Artificial Intelligence, and related technologies.
  • Research potential industries and identify suitable markets for our solutions/technology.
  • Generate and qualify leads by identifying decision-makers within target companies.
  • Pitch the company’s offerings to potential clients through emails, LinkedIn outreach, or direct calls.
  • Create and manage outreach campaigns using appropriate digital marketing channels.
  • Set up meetings between qualified leads and the company’s sales executive.
  • Understand client needs and suggest how existing tech can be adapted to meet their needs.
  • Partner with other interns on content creation, campaign analytics, and strategy refinement.
  • Track outreach efforts and report performance and insights regularly.

Who Were Looking For:

  • Recent MBA graduates specializing in Sales & Marketing.
  • Strong interest in IT/AI/Tech-based solutions and a willingness to understand technical concepts.
  • A background in IT or a graduation degree in IT/Computer Science is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive attitude and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a diverse team.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing or tech-based roles is an added advantage.
